Brothers Don and Dave Sergio have been brewing beer together since their very first batch of homebrew in 2001. Feedback from those who tasted their recipes convinced the siblings to “go pro,” opening Calfkiller Brewing Company in their hometown of Sparta, Tenn. In this installment of 5-Minute Mentor, the Sergios talk about how they used to routinely turn out 50 gallons of homebrew in a day, and how one key piece of equipment allowed them to do so.
